This page is for the Tot Recall app by Bazaar Supply and Digital Inc. (App Store and Google Play). You can ask us to delete your account and everything linked to it. You don't need to reinstall the app.
Option 1: in the app
- Open Tot Recall.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and data and confirm.
Your account, product list, answers and settings are deleted, and alerts stop.
Option 2: from this page (the app is not on your phone any more)
Email privacy@totrecall.ca with the subject "Delete my Tot Recall data" and tell us:
- the account ID shown in the app under Settings, if you still have it ;
- otherwise, the phone type and two or three product names you saved, so we can find your account without guessing;
- the email address of your Apple or Google sign-in, if you used one.
We may ask a question to make sure we delete the right account. We don't need your name, your children's information or any photo. Please don't send passwords.
What happens next
- We confirm your request by email and delete your account and data within 30 days.
- Backup copies are removed as they expire, within 14 days after that.
- Tot Recall is free: there is no subscription to cancel.
- We keep anonymous usage counts (for example, how many products were added in a month). They carry no account ID or product, so we can't remove one person's share of them.
- We keep a short record that a request was made (date, channel and outcome, without your product list) for our incident and request register, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Other requests
To get a copy of your data, write to privacy@totrecall.ca; we answer within 30 days. Read the full Privacy Policy (section 11) or contact support.
